Academic Qualification:- Candidates should be pass Bachelor of Arts or Science and Commerce from a Recognized University and have a Degree or Diploma from a recognized University in Industrial Relations and Personal Management / Personal Management and Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare/Labour Law or MBA or Human Resource Management.
- Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Be able to read, write and speak Odia.
- If married, must not have more than one partner.
Age Limit:-Age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 01/01/2015.
Application Fee:- All UR candidates other than SC/ST/PWD have to pay an examination fee of Rs.100/-. The fees can be deposited either through online or off-line mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.
Selection Process:- Written exam, Viva voice Test.
Salary/ Grade Pay:- Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay Rs. 4200/-.
